Absolutely no suction...pure junk. Don't waste your money on it, nor on the First Years stuff, either. I have bought 9 different aspirators, and NONE of them work. The ONLY one that has worked for me is the Davol bulb syringe that the hospital sent home for me. Unfortunately, Davol doesn't sell them to the public, so you have to pay criminals on eBay $15 or more for one. Totally worth the $15, but it hurts to KNOW that you're paying over 1000% markup!

This works on babies and it works on me. I use this because have trouble blowing my nose, this works other wise I could not breathe
