Shake well. Shampoo and rinse thoroughly. For best results, use regularly, at least twice a week or as directed by a doctor.

Suddenly I developed a scalp odor starting last year March; Ive used nizarol 2%, head & shoulders, clarifying, zincon, sulfur 8... I went to several dermatologists who told me there was no smell and it was probably all in my head, and to be honest I started to believe the same thing. However, I never gave up, because I know the smell was something I was not used to. I read a blog online and someone suggested using Selsun Blue for all kinds of scalp issues. I gave it a try and I have found just what I need although, I have only been using it for 2 days now I know it works, because with EVERY shampoo Ive used the smell would return after the 2nd morning. I am so happy to have found something that works for me. I hope that if anyone is going through something like this they try the Selsun Blue shampoo and I hope it gives them their life back because that's what it has done for me. God Bless.

Clears the scalp well. I need to use a clarifying shampoo as my hair gets buildup. I have long hair--I use SB on my scalp only and my gentle shampoo from the neck, down. Leave the lather on for 10 mins. so it can cut through the dandruff. I shampoo twice. Gives my hair body. Shake well before using and rinse with warm water VERY, VERY thoroughly!!!!

I need to use a clarifiying shampoo as my hair gets buildup. I have long hair--I use SB on my scalp only and my gentle shampoo from the neck, down.
