Helps you feel younger than you are

This keeps my joints moving and lets me do the things I want to do. When I ran out a year ago, within 2 days, it hurt to move, my joints stiffened up, and I felt like an old woman. I will never let myself run out again. Now I can move like a young person, and dance with my dance teams as if I was 20 years younger than I am.

Have been using less than 3 weeks and I can feel the difference in flexibility in my fingers and stability in my knee. Less pain experienced and am sleeping better because of that.
