Just toss in one heaping teaspoon of Fibersure per serving into anything you cook up - breakfast smoothies, lunchtime soup, afternoon yogurt, salad dressing, stir-fry, or you can just simply drink it in a glass of water. 1 heaping teaspoon, up to 3 times daily. Each heaping teaspoon contains 5 grams of fiber. Mix in Liquid: Stir 2 heaping teaspoon briskly in 8 oz or more of water or other beverage. Product dissolves best in room temperature or warmer liquid. Not recommended for carbonated beverages. New Users: Start with 2 serving per day as your body adjusts to the extra fiber in your diet and gradually increases up to 3 servings per day.
