Sharpener Use: Hold onto the silver band on the lower tip of the liner and remove to expose sharpener. To sharpen, insert liner into sharpener and twist to the right until point is fine. Remove with 100% oil free eye makeup remover or with soap and water.
WARNINGS:
Eye cosmetics in a scratched, infected or irritated eye and scratches from cosmetic eye applicators can lead to eye damage and in extreme cases, even blindness. If your eye is scratched, stop using all eye cosmetics and go to an ophthalmologist immediately. Never apply this product in a moving vehicle.

I bought this product to fill in my eyebrows, but it worked so well that I ended up using it as an eyeliner as well. It's quite inexpensive and works better than I assumed it would with that in consideration. It was a pleasant surprise. The product applies easily and the color goes on strong enough so you don't have to keep coloring in the same spot over and over again. It doesn't smudge, but it does fade just a little. The good thing is the pencil is small enough that you can keep it in your purse for re-application or even traveling.

In order to obtain a real eye brow look I use this and blend with my darker brown mac eye liner.
