Shake before using. (For best results, start with Frizz-Ease Hair Serum).
Spray product liberally on damp hair from roots to ends, distributing evenly.
Scrunch small sections of hair gently in fist to help create waves.
Allow hair to air dry naturally or blow-dry using a diffuser with dryer set on low.

I need to use rollers or a curling iron just to get some body and lift to my fine hair, but I don't like the way my hair looks afterwards, all smooth and "old lady like", you know. After I comb out my curler head, I spray and scrunch the Frizz-Ease Dream Curls into my dry hair and I get a free-style, more tossled look, which looks much younger. I also spray a touch onto my finger tips and just rake my fingers along my scalp to get rid of the roller lines. Nice stuff and not sticky at all.

I live in Florida where battleing humidity with my very curly hair is a constant challange ... This product is the best I've found to eliminate frizz and give me bouncy spiral curls even in 90 degree heat and 90% humidity .... I find it helps not to touch my hair until it is dry and then scrunch my curls to separate them .... On days when I choose to straighten my hair I find this product also helps maintain the straightness and ward off frizz
