Usage:
This FUTURO Wrap Around Ankle Support offers firm support to help relieve pain due to ankle sprains, chronic ankle instability and over use symdromes. It also helps to provide protection from further injury. Wear all day or during activities which lead to discomfort.

Care:
Close strap prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.

Size:
For right or left foot, measure around ankle for correct sizing.

To Wear:

1. Slide injured foot into the elastic sleeve. See diagram for left ankle. (for right ankle, turn the support inside out).
2. Wrap the strap around the ankle as shown in pictures 2 and 3.
3. Attach the hook fastener. Adjust strap until fit is firm, yet comfortable.
