Usage: This FUTURO SPORT Deluxe Ankle Stabilizer is designed to help provide strength, protection, and rigid support to stiff, weak or injured ankles. Use while wearing a low-heeled, closed walking or athletic shoe. For best performance and comfort, wear a sock underneath the stabilizer. Wear all day or during activities which lead to discomfort.

To Wear: Open all hook fasteners and slide foot into the stabilizer. Loop the top strap through the buckle, pull and secure it. Fit should feel firm, yet comfortable. Pull the left foot strap up and across, attaching the hook fastener to the opposite side of the ankle stabilizer. Follow the same directions for remaining strap. Adjust both straps until fit around bottom of foot feels firm, yet comfortable. Care: Attach all closures before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air-dry. Do Not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, use bleach or fabric softeners.
