Usage: This Futuro Sport Adjustable knee strap is designed to help relieve symptoms of Chondromalacia (irritated kneecap) or tendonitis of the knee by providing gentle pressure to the tendons below the kneecap (patella).

Size: For left or right knee, this knee strap has been designed with an adjustable strap in order to create a customized fit for most body types. Measure around leg below kneecap. This adjustable Knee Strap is carefully designed to provide comfort and fit to Support Your Active Life. Adjust to fit 12.5 - 17.5 in. 31.8 - 44.5 cm

To Wear: wrap strap just below knee, with Pressure Pad directly under kneecap, against skin. Loop strap through buckle and adhere fastener. Adjust strap until fit is firm, yet comfortable. Do Not constrict blood flow.

Care: Close strap fastener before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water; rinse well; air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softener.
