Hi had oral surgery and I could not eat solid food for 2 weeks, the only drink replacement that I found I could tolerate was ensure. Ensure tasted great and it wasnt gritty. Boost shakes were disgusting and Slim Fast made me go to the bathroom and was gritty- these gave me the nutrition I needed but they were also yummy compared to the other brands.

as a satisfying drink. hopefully nutriitious. thirst quencher, love the taste. czn't complain about anything, it's wonderful!
