excellent for high drain devices
Posted by Joe on 5th Aug 2009
these batteries are designed to provide a high level of power for short periods of time. they are like sprinters, they work extremely well for short periods of time. i'm able to take 300 to 400 pictures with my digital camera. they lose their charge even when they're not used, that is normal.
they are not designed to hold a charge for a long period of time so they're not recommended for flashlights or emergencies. use alkaline batteries for those devices you will need for an emergency.

Pro: is that you don't have to buy tons of batteries.
Con: the batter life doesn't last as long as a nonrechargable battery.
