These are just great.

I've tried the patches and gum without success, but these make stopping easy. I did almost give up the first time I tried one of the original flavor lozenges (these are mintier) because it tasted so bad, but the bad taste goes away rapidly with repeated use, so stick with it. I found the 4's a bit more than I needed and went down to the 2's, but if you're still getting cravings because of a high nicotine habit, ask your doctor about increasing the dose or combination therapy -- patch plus lozenges. It has a higher success rate than lozenges alone.

I highly recommend Commit lozenges.

Because of the oral need associated with smoking, I found this product to be the perfect substitute. A mild tingling sensation when you first start sucking and you know you're getting relief.

I have been using the Commit lozenge for the past 13 days, and have been able to give up a two pack a day cigarette habit without any trouble at all. This product works extremely well to control the physical cravings.
