Clear Eyes Itchy Eye Relief Liquid Gel - 0.5 fl oz

Relieves itching, burning, watery and red eyes. Up to 8 hours of soothing comfort.

Clear Eyes has three active ingredients:

• Astringent that helps clear the eye
• Redness reliever
• Lubricant, that protects and moisturizes dry, irritated eyes

Uses:

• For the temporary relief of redness due to minor eye irritation
• For protection against further irritation
• For temporary relief of burning and irritation due to dryness of the eye

Active Ingredients: Naphazoline Hydrochloride 0. 012% - Eye redness reliever. Glycerin 0. 2% - Lubricant. Zinc Sulfate 0. 25% - Astringent.

Inactive Ingredients: Benzalkonium Chloride (Preservative); Boric Acid; Edetate Disodium (Preservative); Purified Water; Sodium chloride, sodium citrate.

• Put 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) up to four times daily
• Store at room temperature
• Keep out of reach of children
• If swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away

WARNINGS:

• For external use only
• Do not use if solution changes color or becomes cloudy
• Ask a doctor before use if you have narrow angle glaucoma
• When using this product do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination
• Replace cap after using
• Avoid overuse, which may cause more redness of the eye
• Pupils may become enlarged temporarily

Stop use and ask a doctor if:

• You feel eye pain
• Changes in vision occur
• Redness or irritation of the eye continues
• Condition worsens
• Symptoms last for more than 72 hours
