- Change wet and soiled diapers promptly
- Cleanse the diaper area
- Allow to dry
- Apply ointment liberally as often as necessary

Won't use anything else ever again

I am angry that I only found out about how great this product is now that my son is almost 2! We have tried so many other products (Butt Paste, Desitin, A&D) and nothing works as great as this does! I love how smooth it goes on, so you don't have to rub hard on their already irritated bottom. I also appreciate the fact that it is oderless. Nothing grosses me out more than smelling the A&D and Desitin on your hands all day. It is hard to eat lunch when all you smell is diaper rash cream. I was also very impressed by how well it works. It cleared up my son's diaper rash in one night. I think this is a must have for any new parent.

My skin is very sensitive, so I'm an adult user of baby products. This works better (and smells better) than A+D ointment. It's similair to Vaseline, but worked better on my dry skin because of the added dimethicone that Vaseline doesn't have. I use it on my feet, as a lip balm, and as a scalp soother. You get so many uses out of this product.
