• Place unopened tube into a cup of hot water for one minute to heat
• Use before shampooing
• Massage contents of tube into wet hair
• Leave on up to one minute
• Rinse hair, scalp and skin thoroughly
• Shampoo as usual
• VO5 Hot Oil works best when rinsed within one minute of application
• Use weekly or more often as needed
