- Potassium (As Bicarbonate) 75 mg
For adults and children 12 years and older. Drop one tablet in 4-6 oz. of water, let dissolve (about 1 minute) and drink. Repeat every 3-4 hours as necessary; no more than 3 tablets per day. May be used in hot or cold water.
WARNING: Do not take if pregnant, breast-feeding, on medication or with a known medical condition unless you have consulted a physician. Sealed with a tamper evident cap for your protection.

I'd already been using a lot -- maybe all -- of the ingredients in this for years (some from traditional Chinese herbal remedies), but this makes it lots easier. I take this if I'm around sick people -- and so does my teenage son, who doesn't take "medicine" -- and have been sick much less than before. I've been using it for a few years, since I first saw it in stores. If I start feeling cold symptoms I use the Chinese herbal pills, but as prevention this seems to work for us (and tastes good and is easy to swallow)
