The following shipping table outlines how we calculate shipping rates and days to delivery:
Please note: All processing and transit times are business days only. They do not include weekends and holidays.
 

¹Please Note: Ground flat-rate shipping and free ground shipping does not include PR, VI, HI, AK or other locations outside the Continental United States. Orders to PR and VI will be shipped via USPS and rates are calculated at checkout. View cart to calculate rate.

Orders to HI and AK will be charged a flat rate of $13.95. This price includes all shipments that will fit in a 12'' x 12'' x 5-1/2'' box. If your order will not fit, our support team will contact you with alternate shipping options.

UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

²Order Processing Times

All orders placed before 10:00 a.m. Eastern will be shipped out within 1 business day.

Any orders placed after  10:00 a.m. Eastern will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Information

We can ship to virtually any address in the Continental United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. You can also refer to the UPS shipping chart below for estimated shipping times (ground shipments).

Any shipments going to a post office box must be shipped USPS, and will require additional delivery time.





Please Note: Our ground-shipping map is an approximation days to delivery based on your location in proximity to our warehouse. For guaranteed delivery dates, kindly choose 2-3 day Express, or 1-day shipping as these shipments will arrive by their delivery commitment and are not distance dependent. Days shown are "business days" and do not include weekends or holidays when UPS does not deliver.

Return Policy

If your order was placed before 10:00 a.m. Eastern, you can cancel your order up until 10:00 a.m. that same day. If your order was placed after 9:59 a.m. Eastern, you have until 10:00 a.m. Eastern the next day to cancel your order. If you cancel your order before the cutoff, you will receive a full refund.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 15 days. Because of the nature of our products (over-the-counter drugs and health & beauty products), we cannot accept any returns that have been opened or that have broken seals. If you choose to return a product, we will gladly accept it back within these restrictions, minus the original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for paying for any return shipping charges.

2. Choose the link for "Completed Orders."

3. Choose the "Return Items" button.

4. Select the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and the refund method (store credit or refund). Add your personal comments and then submit the request.

5. A customer service representative will send you a reply with instructions for your return.
